The consultation request form

When you send a consultation request, we collect:

Your name
Your company name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your country
Your company size
The service you are interested in and your message

We use this information only to reply to you and discuss the services you asked about. It is stored in our database and sent to our team by email.

Accounts and wishlist

If you create an account, we store your name, email address and password. The password is never stored in readable form — only as a secure one-way hash.

If you save products to your wishlist, we store that list so we can show it to you when you sign in.

To protect accounts, we record the time, IP address and browser type of sign-in attempts and administrative actions.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies that it needs to work:

NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose.
authjs.session-token — keeps you signed in (only if you sign in).
authjs.csrf-token and authjs.callback-url — protect the sign-in form and return you to the page you were on after signing in.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The product comparison list is stored only in your own browser (local storage). Page visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you.

Amazon Associates and partner links

HANIX GROUP is a participant in the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate, HANIX GROUP earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

When you click “View on Amazon”, you leave our website. Amazon may set its own cookies to record that you came from our link; this is governed by Amazon's privacy notice, not this policy.

We count each click with the product, country and device type only — without your IP address or name. Your purchase happens on Amazon, and we do not receive your payment or delivery details.

We do not sell your data

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery).

Security

The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we only ask for the information we need.

Your rights
